In today’s session, we will be preparing eight mouthwatering appetizers that are ideal for serving at gatherings with family and friends. These simple yet delightful starters are among my favorite options to enjoy during the summer months. Below, you will find links to other videos referenced throughout this presentation. **Ingredients:**
1. Watermelon, Feta cheese, Fresh Mint Leaves, finished with a drizzle of Balsamic Glaze.
2. Mature Cheddar cheese and Pearl Onions (Silver Skin Onions).
3. Prosciutto, Grilled Peach, Roasted Pine Nuts, Rocket or baby salad leaves, Ground Black Pepper, and mozzarella, topped off with a drizzle of Balsamic Glaze.
4. Baby Tomatoes, Mozzarella balls, Fresh Basil leaves, and a sprinkling of Balsamic glaze (with optional seasoning of Salt & Pepper).
5. Cream Cheese, Shredded Cheddar, chopped fresh Chives, Bacon (seasoned with Salt and Pepper). Optional ingredients include lemon zest or chopped jalapeños or hot sauce. Serve with crackers or Bagel bites.
6. Cooked Beetroot, Red Onion, Feta cheese, and Fresh Parsley, finished with a drizzle of Balsamic Glaze.
7. Grilled Pear, Brie cheese, Bacon bits, Walnuts, and finished with a drizzle of Honey or Syrup.
8. Prosciutto, Rocket or Baby Salad Leaves (seasoned with Pepper), Honeydew Melon, and finished with a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
To assemble some of these appetizers, you will need wooden toothpicks to hold everything together.
