This traditional appetizer is well-known and is adored by many people across the world. Chicken dumplings taste even better with a dip of chilli sauce. This video introduces the easy steps that can lead to an amazing & delicious meal, with little time put in as well. Don’t forget to share this recipe with your family & friends!
Here are the ingredients:
DOUGH
– 1 cup of all-purpose flour
– 1/2 tsp of salt
– 1 tbsp of oil
– Amount of water required to make a dough
**REST TIME: 5-10 minutes
FILLING
– 1 boneless chicken breast
– Chopped green onions
– Chopped sweet peppers
– Chopped onions
– Chopped green chilli peppers
– 1/2 tbsp of ginger paste
– 1/2 tbsp of garlic paste
– 1 tbsp of soy sauce
– 1/2 tbsp of chaat masala
– 1/2 tbsp of black pepper powder
– 1/2 tbsp of red chilli flakes
– A pinch of salt
– 1 tbsp of sesame oil
**HOW TO MAKE DUMPLING SHAPE:
1. Roll the dough and divide into balls, or portions
2. Sprinkle some flour
3. Take each portion, roll into a round sheet and use a jar lid to make each sheet equal
4. Put chicken filling, then fold the sheet in half. Take the ends of both sides and make them overlap each other
**STEAM dumplings on MEDIUM heat for approximately 20 MINUTES
– Cover with a lid. If there are ANY holes in the lid, MAKE SURE TO CLOSE THEM UP COMPLETELY
**FOR A BETTER TASTE, USE CHILI SAUCE AS A DIP
