Edamame Recipe
Ingredients:
salt
1 tablespoon shoyu https://amzn.to/34ceZ2l
1 teaspoon mirin https://amzn.to/3jb659B
1 teaspoon sesame oil https://amzn.to/3m21Gro
1 teaspoon granulated sugar https://amzn.to/35qpVc7
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 pound edamame, in their pods
Instructions:
1. Place a large pot filled with water over high heat. Incorporate salt and let it reach a rolling boil. The saltiness should resemble that of ocean water.
2. As the water heats, begin preparing the sauce.
3. In a small bowl, combine shoyu, mirin, sesame oil, sugar, and garlic. Stir until the mixture is thoroughly blended.
4. Introduce the edamame pods and cook for 3-5 minutes or until the pods start to float to the top.
5. Take the edamame out of the pot and transfer it to a bowl.
6. Drizzle the sauce mixture over them and toss to combine. ENJOY!
