As a registered dietitian, my goal is to help individuals balance their blood sugar levels, maintain hormone equilibrium, and achieve weight loss goals! We achieve this by following a regimen that includes low net carb, high lean protein, high fiber, and omega-3 fatty acids! Many clients often inquire, ‘Can I still enjoy my favorite foods?’ and frequently ask, ‘What can someone with prediabetes consume?’ However, the most common question pertains to reversing prediabetes. The exciting news is that we can effectively reverse prediabetes—and we can do it naturally.
Much Love, Shelly, aka Dietitian Shelly
