The menu is based around traditional and historic British dishes with a typical Heston twist, including the “meat fruit” which is chicken liver pate made to look like a mandarin orange. Clever stuff.

Ramsay is a huge name the world over, due to his celebrity chef status and his hugely successful restaurants including the 3* fine dining offering at Royal Hospital Road. An absolute legend in the field, the restaurant has, since 1998, served French haute cuisine to the utmost standards and well deserved of the highest of accolades.
