Mediterranean Delights
No-Bake Cheesecake
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Chocolate Whipped Topping, thawed
1 OREO Pie Crust (6 oz.)
1 square BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
BEAT cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk or electric mixer until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into crust.
PLACE chocolate on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 10 sec. Use vegetable peeler to make curls; arrange on pie.
