Mediterranean Delights
Hot Chocolate
Serves 6-8
14 oz semisweet chocolate chips (or chopped bar)
8 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 8 oz container whipped cream
Cocoa powder to garnish

Combine milk and chocolate in a heavy saucepan. Stir over medium heat. When bubbles form, reduce heat and continuously stir with whisk. Continue whisking over low heat until all chocolate melts and is well blended.
Raise heat to medium-high and stir. When it begins to boil, remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Carefully pour into 6 or 8 cups. Top each with whipped cream and sprinkle with cocoa powder. Enjoy!
